Most manufacturers won't even sell parts to non dealers and in no way to a watch bought from other than one of their AD's or on the secondary market under warranty and even then they may balk.I tried to get a crystal for that 50mm Glycine T...and they said straight up no so I took it to an AD and he said if the watch was not under warranty who couldn't help so I had a jeweler buff it ouy as best as possible.I don't think AD's and manufacturers care about reputation in the aftermarket or grey market.I thought they were shipping it to your watchguy...what happened?
