My take....you need to ask yourself if the Epos is worth $800 to $850. The Oris diver you specify gets around $500 to $550 ave on the used market. Since you mention that it is a diver/Chrono, I assume it is at least 200m WR, but since most chrono's can not be used while diving, to me the complication is useless.
If I were you, I would sell the Oris and look for a nice 42mm Hamilton Chrono or similar which can be had for what you would get for the Oris or less.
Again this is just an opinion, as always, obey the wrist if it works for you:D
