Thanks for the replies. I tried each method suggested and to no avail, while I was fumbling with the buttons, the watch slipped and fell to the floor, I picked it up to continue my trials and guess what? The chrono minute hand was no longer attached!
Looks like it wasnt resetting because it wasnt attached properly. I've contacted the seller to see if we can reach some understanding. Anyone have any exerience with "Watches-For-Sale"?
I'll let you all know how things go.
