Actually, Costco has a reputation for quality and great customer service....whereas, Invicta has a reputation of being a piece of crap with no customer service!

I am not talking about particular watches.....I am speaking of the company, and it's reputation in the industry (and with the SFL better Business Bureau)...
Yes...there are some particular models that they had made that are excellent, some I have, some I don't (I have some of their POS models, too)...but they are from the "early years" before Eyal got to the proverbial "fork-in-the-road" and chose the wrong path! But even with the good models, if they developed a problem, Invicta provided vitually no customer service to resolve that problem and/or honor the warranty.
