Actually, Costco has a reputation for quality and great customer service....whereas, Invicta has a reputation of being a piece of crap with no customer service!mistake.gif

Except for the few models YOU say are good??toon1.gif

You know you do...

I am not talking about particular watches.....I am speaking of the company, and it's reputation in the industry  (and with the SFL better Business Bureau)...

Yes...there are some particular models that they had made that are excellent, some I have, some I don't (I have some of their POS models, too)...but they are from the "early years" before Eyal got to the proverbial "fork-in-the-road" and chose the wrong path!  But even with the good models, if they developed a problem, Invicta provided vitually no customer service to resolve that problem and/or honor the warranty.

And the beat goes on... I don't disagree with you at all. You still find a diamond in the rough, and you still hear horror stories re; CS. They are disposable imho!~!

I saw these on the Demotivators site:

Customer Disservice

Because we're not satisfied until you're not satisfied.

Apathy

If we don't take care of the customer, maybe they'll stop bugging us.
