Unless you speak form experience, I disagree. If I'm wrong, let me know. Loctite is an anaerobic curing compound. It only dries in the ABSENCE of oxygen. No collars means its a loose fit, which means oxygen abound. So, no cure, EVER. That's why loctite works wonders on screws. again, if you speak from experience, then I will stand corrected. Thanks!
