This HAS GOT TO BE A RECORD. I thought I shipped things quickly with my business.

Last night, at about 8:30pm Eastern Time I realized my charger for my laptop was dead, burnt out.

So I called Dell, the OEM. I'm done with the order by 9pm. I asked for overnight, they tell me it will ship by the 28th.

Well, 2:00 PM today, DHL stops by and drops it off!!!! That's only 17 hours. Talk about FAST!!!
