Guys, need your thoughts on this. This past weekend I was digging through some thing in the closet and found an old Citizen Aqualand that my Dad bought for himself in Singapore maybe 14 years ago or longer. He came back and decided to give it to me for Christmas and of course I wore a lot. Fast forward the dive strap is no longer there, the three batteries(I think) on the C022 movement are long dead. The bezel has many nicks. Should I send this watch back for service and new batteries and a seal and grab a strap? The cost of the service would be more that the ask price on the bay for a new one one in better condition? What to do...should I do it and then give to my son when he get a little older? Thanks in advance for your help. Last edited on Mon Oct 29th, 2007 11:29 am by SHADY |
