 Hi solidus and welcome aboard 3T...  might help if you can show a pic of the offending clasp.   Some of these guys around here are pretty creative and might come up with something.  Otherwise, am with jd - maybe find a replacement bracelet in whole or try a strap on it... ;)

Am in Orlando, but hadnt found any local repair place.  Only repair work I have had to do was on my 3T Orsa date wheel, which was repaired by Kent Parks, thanks to Berg.
