I would think a watchmaker could fix that. Otherwise, you will need to try and get a clasp out of Invicta which may be near to impossible. Generally, you are asked to send in the whole watch for any kind of repair to Invicta. If you do send it in, be advised that you may or may not get your exact watch returned to you. Let's see what others have to say here.
