I would date this in the 60's sometime. I need to look the the number on it and figure it out. I think at best you can only figure out the era and not the exact date it was made. They don't have much a value they are more of just a cool watch. It does remind me of a Doxa style with that style case. It measures about 42 mm, 19mm lug width and about 15mm deep.
