in the title it says....

I would interpret that as Linited Edition...wouldn't you?

and in other posts I found too that is to be produced in 100 pieces per dial color...but without the numbers on the caseback it can be produced in x copies...

No..I would not....limited to 100 pieces means just that.  The production is limited to 100 pieces.  If it said limited edition of 100 numbered pieces, then it would be a Limited Edition.  As to your other question/statement it is a matter of trust...no matter who the manufacturer is...you either believe it...or you don't!
