Fantastic, O!
You have quite a collection of SeaAnglers as I remember and those rubber straps will add a new dimension to your watches. If the Monstrum shares the case from the SeaAngler and the quartz version will, too - it looks like a done deal. I am now very interested in a quartz SeaAngler if I can get a (subtly) orange one to add to my collection so the interchangeability is a great idea. Regardless, whatever Berg comes up with it will look the bomb. That rubber filler is a great idea, and it gets rid of what another forummer called "case-gap". Good term! If you run your finger between the lugs and over the filler, there is perfect alignment - fit and finish are very good on mine.
Others mentioned the protruding lug screws as a potential problem - I am not finding that at all... nothing catches, they don't get in the way and they look very "toolish". Nope - I am liking it more every day. It is a fun watch to me - and good value for the money from what I have seen so far.
Pics after the weekend when I have had a chance to take a few hours off work
Cheers! IanM
