While watching SNBC last night ( I watch to see the RETAIL

PRICES) they have listed, and on the Invicta segment

they said they were producing their own watch in Total. New Model.

Movement and all. Seems they have become a " Manufacturer".

Not sure how you spell that but you know what I mean.

They kepy saying a "Swiss Ebauche" movement. To this beginer

of the inner workings of a watch, Ebauche is the BASE of the movenent.

Not the Entire finished movement. SO My question is WHAT IS IT ??

To this UNTRAINED eye the very short time they did show the movement

it did look similar to others I have seen on TV. ( Not sure if I can mention).

Most of the automatic movement was covered by the blue Invicta rotor.

It was nice looking.

Just wondering.

Billy,

Not sure, but my guess is the balance of the work is done in the Orient or in the Dominican Republic facility. I ordered a few Activas that have Swiss parts movmentsgoofy with Swiss on the dial but have DR hang tags:shock:
