I think Eyal needs to take a lesson from Juddah Mermelstein on customer service. My father had an issue with one of his watches a few weeks back so he called Croton about the problem. (The rotor on a brand new watch came unscrewed) A few days later he received a call from David himself and some rather outstanding customer service. Needless to say they will be getting more of my business from now on than Avicta.
