imho don't waste your money on a cheap winder that could cause more harm than good....buy an Orbita that can be set to the exact revolutions your movement/watch needs ...they have a huge database for every movement made and how to set the winder...do a search on 3T and you will see much on this subjecthand6.gif....for Seikos,Orients and lower end watches you can buy a Steinmart winder that spins for 1hr. and off for 2 for under $30. and it will get the job donewatch2.gif
