Hi all. Such a great forum! Well my birthday is coming up and I get to spend a little bit on a good watch. Woohoo! :) It would be my first over $100.00 watch so I'm very excited. Anyways, I have a few features that I need which are pretty much basic compared what's available on watches these days. To name a few, analog, day and date display, 2 or more daily alarms, good light(lume), chrono, seconds hand, atomic and solar. As an everyday general purpose watch this zeroed me on the Citizen Skyhawk AT ( JY0000-53E ) and the Oceanus (OCW510DA-2AV). (Both below) I can't decide which of the two I should go for. The Oceanus has a sapphire crystal and the Citizen a synthetic crystal. The Citizen also has only 2 alarms which meet my criteria but more would be better... not a must have. And from what I've read so far, the Citizen's light just isn't that great, apparently the light source is only the lcd displays where as on the Oceanus it lights up the entire dial with 2 LEDs which are pretty bright. On the other-hand, the Oceanus dial just looks boring. Although the Citizen may be overkill for my needs in terms of features, it does look very nice. Both are about the same price.. what are your thoughts that would help me decide? Also if there is a similar watch other than these 2, please do let me know.

thanks,
