Don't know if anyone will be able to help me on this but here goes.

Ages ago I bought this Orsa Pro-Diver auto second hand.

Hopefully the image will work

Great watch but one that has developed a small problem, namely the crown refuses to screw down. It was always a bit touch and go but now it flatly refuses to play ball. I don't know whether the crown thread, pendant tube or case is stripped, all functions work as they should.

I've been in touch with Orsa through their website and via email but I've had no response.

So my question is does anyone have a beat up one of these they no longer want that I can have for a reasonable price? Or do you think it's possible to transfer the movement and dial to another case? It's an esa 2824-2 movement.

It seems such a shame to let it go unworn as it's a lovely watch and in unmarked condition.

Thanks for reading and any help/advice will be greatly received. Sorry my first post is a bit negative.

Cheers,

Gary :)
