 I have a pretty basic question about what might be considered "standard wrist size".

My wrist where I wear my watches is about 8-8.5" around, depending how snug I pull the tape measure.

Is there a standard among manufacturers which they use for their bands/bracelets?

My worry is that I have purchased watches in the past and have had to wear the band in the "last hole", or in the case of a bracelet, fully extended in adjustment,and they were still snug.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Maybe I should get a poll going as to the wrist size of the members?
