 So selling my S1 on the bay, I come across another ad and see that the moron used my caseback picture in his ad.....I file a complaint with e-bay and this is the response................

I've reviewed your listing and compared it to the listing that you
reported for Item number 170184568606. The other member's listing
doesn't violate our policies because your listing was posted *after* the
other member's listing. This means the other member could not have used
your pictures or text.
If you had a listing that started before Jan-10-08 19:45:00 PST, please
provide the Item number. Once we receive this information, we'll be
happy to look into this further.
Rest assured that eBay doesn't allow members to use someone else's
pictures or item descriptions without the owner's permission. Doing so
is against copyright law.
