In following this thread it seems to me that if the seller would have been contacted 1st with the problem instead of a middle man contacting the U.S.distributor for a repair you could have saved yourself from a whole lot of aggravation and no complaints other than having to return the watch to the seller who seems to have offered to do the right thing in replacing the watch ...just my 2 cents Buddy:)
