 I'm not sure what the question(s) is/are... Do you need to decide between one of these two? That going to be purely personal. And the white dialed might be lume.
Behold:

My B-42 is the luminous dial which kicks butt. I woould guess this one is not with the skeletonized hands. I don't think you can go wrong with either of these. You will enjoy the quality you'll find in these Fortis watches.
