I'm with you AF. I dig the open wheel and road racing better than ovals but did enjoy watching some of the race today as we got about 8 inches of snow...
I didn't see Speed today. He was in a bit over his head in F1 imho. I would love to see a viable American driver in F1 soon!!
Phil Hill did it in the early 60's driving for Ferrari hand6.gif
Andretti did it in '78. He's the most recent American to win. @Pax Speed was in over his head I agree. I don't know if there are any viable American candidates to run in F1. I wish Indy could have settled instead of losing the race.
