Thats one of the new big beefy seiko Divers... but not a franken..

Franken is a term used when a watch is put together with different parts from different watches..

The term Franken comes up alot with seiko's since so many of their parts are interchangable... and so since it might still be from a seiko the watches used are usally not of the same style...

Just a note, I wouldn't want a great watch like that called a franken..

Most would say a shrouded Diver

Noah you are absolutely correct, some careless WIS somewhere nicknamed it a "frankenmonster" or "frankentuna" and it should just be against the rules to name a watch "franken...anything" Besides it really complicates things now I have to call mine a "FrankenFrankenmonster"

Surely these models deserve a better nickname!!!

How about the Techno-Monster??
