Pax, I hear ya man! It makes me angry just looking at the pics.:X I dont let the mailman deliver my watches from SAH. They call me and I pick them up at the post office. The PO is only a mile away so its no big deal for me. I dont want them leaving them in the mailbox. I can also inspect it. I know if any damage is done its done by DHL. Is the watch itself damaged? Thats a tough call. If they dont have anymore and it wasnt damaged I would probably keep it. You still have the 2 year warranty for the internals. I would definately want a new box or some type of refund also. Still a raw deal and a tough, tough call. Good luck, Scott
