The past few days I have been using the search on 3T and have found it invaluable, as I am beginning to believe this whole forum is to anyone wanting to get into watch collecting. I can see that the administration and others are quite knowledgeable about the industry. What got me going on this is checking up on the brands offered on shopnbc. The old Renato threads really spoke volumes to me. I have to admit after much trepidation, I bought a Stuhrling last night. My first purchase on shopnbc. I know they (Stuhrling) are the parent co. to Akribos (which I am happy with) and it is being shipped directly from Stuhrling so hopefully all will go well. In the short few weeks I have been watching I can also tell it is more about the bling and not the tech aspects like on SAH with TT. I also see that most of the active members are very open to all makes of watches that are worthy of spending our hard earned money on. But when a POS comes about you also let it be known. So keep up the good work and be patient with us newbies(me) who have much to learn. Scott
