Not gauranteed. Its "usually" 2 to 3 days. It can take up to 2 weeks, but generally 2 to 3 days is on the money. Even their express mail is not always "next day". If you are rural, it is 2 days; thus the asteriks next to "overnight" !

That being said, I use USPS almost exclusively, and for all its faults, it performs awesome given the price! From the NY to CA in 3 days? UPS takes 4 (or 5) and costs at least twice the amount. The biggest problem I've had is with unscrupulous people stealing my boxes from the customers stoop or mailbox.

Also, I don't know if anyone uses "click-n-ship", but there is a phone number that is tough to find, but once you have it, you call, and you are connected to a technical rep (read: knows what they are doing) in a matter of seconds.
