Timba its unfortunate this had to happen. Hopefully your story will turn out ok with a repaired watch returned albeit after a lengthy period.

We have all heard the stories of poor customer service from Invicta. CS is clearly not a concern for them. Selling watches is.

We have all heard the stories of crappy QC. I've run into it myself with one of the watches which I think they got right losing a caseback screw the first day I wore it.

This makes buying Invicta a crapshoot. I really think they are capable of making a good inexpensive watch but have thus far failed to make much which puts them at the next level. Imho to reach that next level you must have stringent QC followed by exceptional CS. We all know nothing is perfect. But in many reported cases with this brand, many things are far from perfect and the customer is left to twist in the wind!

Regardless, I sincerely hope this turns out well for you Timba. Please keep us updated.
