I forgot to mention that the watch is intended for myself and I am not bothered by my friends who also work in kitchens of other restaurants, with $5,000 timepieces on their wrists. Being said, the Sinn 103 A ST looks ideal for my kind of environment - affordable, strong, rugged and it won't break the bank. The Ollech & Wajs Ranger Series, was another watch worth noting - especially the yellow dial ranger with a ETA Automatic Movement, this watch commands a presence, big, beautiful and bold. Of course these are just brainstorming ideas, until I can find the time to settle in, on a my day-off to really get to see as to what's available. Thank you again for you kind suggestions.
