Consider this option: Ollech & Wajs the makers of their Ranger Series of Divers Watches had in one time produce 3 types of Aviator Watches back in the 1980's. According to the story Mr. Wajs had bought the remaining stock of parts, machinery and movements from the former Leon Breitling Watch, after Breitling had gone into liquidation in 1980. Aviation 6081 Buren Automatic Caliber 12: This model was the first to be offered by O&W with a Buren Automatic movement. The watch is 100% identical to the Automatic Navitimer of the period. The dimensions are 48 mmin width excluding crown, 50 mm including crown and 48 mm lug to lug and 15 mm thick. Aviation 44017 Valjoux 7736: This watch has the famous slide ruler like that of the Navitimer but is a manual wind watch. Same dimensions to the one above. Aviation 30417: Valjoux 7736 manual wind with 24 hour dial. Same size to the other two watches listed above. Price I'm not sure. The last time I've checked was back 2003 and they were being sold overseas in England between $1,600 -1,900 respectively. I hope that the information helps. I would suggest contacting West Coast Time, to see if they would know as to where to buy NOS O&W Aviators.
