 About the Patek Philippe Ref.2429-1. It is an 18kt Gold with 18 jewel signed caliber 10-200 manual wind,chronometer grade movement with swan neck regulator.
Watch movement Serial Number: 955865.

Signed 18kt Gold snap back case with molded fancy lugs measures 32.5 mm on black Aligator strap also signed. Serial Number: 422590.
Champagned original dial with Dauphine hands and indices,raised hot enameled script and sub-second at 6-O-Clock position.

Year of Manufacture: 1948-1952.
