I've just got back from my early orientation with every department head.
I've also brought along 7 of my former colleagues from my old job,all of us were given a warm reception by everyone.  The current staff will continue with their current
positions as I didn't want to step on anyone's toes.

As for my own crew, they'll be designated into various departments as
I've mentioned before on Sat.  Once I'm familiar with everyone and procedures
things would settle down a bit.

I am extremely proud of the fact, that I'll be working with some of Vancouver's
Finest  Chefs, Wait-Staff, Hosts/Hostesses, Sales and Catering Department and General Management Team.


I have paid my dues in my career and now in this new chapter.
It's all down to my experience as a former Cook, to show what I am capable of.

I cannot disclose about pay...I will mention that is more than I've ever made.
