 Ken's right he sold it he can accept it back and deal with having the watch fixed.

for a guy who swears it was perfect he is sure trying hard to convince you it's your problem.

keep it civilized but get him to take it back.

I suppose you can try calling the accutron service center... they may be willing to honor the warranty for you...
