A) no value at all, I'm afraid. These are basic models made by low-end brands in really bad shape. A few dollars is all you will get (if you manage to find a buyer!).

B) Mechanical watch are repairable. For Quartz it's not worth it. If a new battery doesn't bring them back to life, the only solution is to replace the whole movement.

C) Keep them if you like them!
