i still have not been able to remove the bracelet, any other ideas?? i have tried to push the pins through the drilled lugs but they are not moving. i sure hope i can put a strap on it as i am not liking the metal. i am sorry to hear about yours being DOA man that is just not right! you bought a brand new watch it should work when it arrives! trent
