Well shnoops.com officially sucks...they have been totally non-responsive and therefore irresponsible...what a crappy outfit...I will definitely think twice about doing business with them again, regardless of the deal. I know "shit happens", but they should at least responsibly address it...who do they think they are? Eyal Lalo?  That said, I packed up the watch and sent it off to Bulova/Accutron in NY for warranty repair...we'll see what happens.
