the rotor on the Valjoux 7750 movement is supposed to spin freely...that's what is called the 7750 wobblehand6.gif
I too received a DOA VX200 from Shnoop.com. :(
My problem seems to be a loose rotor....it just spins freely.
Great looking watch though. Looking forward to getting it back from repair.
