Well, I tried to take some better pics. How do you guys get such clear closeups?  I tried my 6 mp camera and my 12mp and still no good.  Are you using SLR's?  Also, thanks for the interest in my watches, I know they arent rare or anything but I really like them.  Cant afford to drop a few grand on one watch.  I can dream though.  I am just happy to find guys who I can talk watches with.  Scott

Thanks for sharing all that eye candy. :D

Just practice like crazy with the pics I have come a ways with mine but have a long way to go before I am truly happy. I use digital.

I take the pics at a larger pixel size and then crop and shrink down to the size I want. ;)

Nice collection Scott...  and what the dawg said - I use highest resolution setting, macro and then crop, resize and adjust for lighting in a photo manager...  you'll get the hang of it after awhile.. ;)

The trick to a nice watch picture is to use the macro function and to have lots of light (not just a desk lamp, but light from all angles).  Some here use light tents and filters to make great pictures.  I picked up a light tent from ebay for $30 - it works wonders and the camera I use is just a Canon Elph SD700.

Dang... looks like you should have stock in SAH!! Nice watches!!

And the pix are all about the light. Natural is the best, if indoors a light box is required... Keep working on it... you'll get it!!

Thanks for all the great advice!  Yes, I know what you mean about SAH.  I live in a pretty rural area and there isnt really anything locally I like. Also, I just dont have alot of time to go out looking.  Too many irons in the fire. SAH just makes it too easy for me.  I do have to say though, there are only a few more I would like to get until some new models come in.  Scott

Scott,

I would have liked to have seen a description below the watches so that I knew for sure what they were. I know what most of them are, but there are a couple I wasn't sure of.
