I'm not much of a Tag guy but I was poking around TZ and saw this beauty posted as a new model by Jorge. Sure floats my boat!!

Info from TZ:

A Limited Edition of 6,000 Pieces

The first hand-wound mechanical movement in the TAG Heuer Carrera series since 1996, this limited edition of 6,000 watches hosts a movement that was historically used in the pocket watches of the 1960s.

The polished steel case measures 43mm. The small second’s hand at 6 o'clock with a semi-circular graduation has a rhodium hand indicating 0 to 30 seconds and a red hand indicating 30 to 60 seconds. Clous de Paris decoration is used on the movement and on the rubber strap. The crystal is sapphire with AR coating, and it features a display back.

Geez, this one gives me a little palpitation. I have no idea of the the list, but being a HATER I'll have to suppose it is beyond my reach. Really purdy imho!

Not crazy about the waffle pattern but the case and the markers are cool. Like the big 12 almost seems to float

Love it.

I can't figure out what is "Vintage" about it though.

I think it refers to the 1960's pocket watch movement being utilized...

BTW, I did a little searching around and I don't believe a price has been set as of yet. Seems the watch will come with both a natural rubber strap as pictured and a gator or croc for dressing the piece up...

1000 bucks says the "60's pocket watch movement" is a Unitas.
