I just came across the St.Moritz diver line while browing the Internet. They are mostly sold by diving web sites but they look good and they are inexpensive.  I read one thread at Watchuseek that praised this brand, especially for their prices.
Here are some pics of their Storm Momentum diver w/ quartz analog movement.

Not bad watches, esp. the price.

200 m in highly exagerated, after 50 m you got condense, but - agaon - for this price not bad for a quartz

This one can take a licking and has since I bought it pre-owned. Steel keepers on the strap are a bit goofy and I haven't worn it enough lately to care. They offer a bracelet for this now too which is cool. Long life battery, sapphire crystal, great lume and a claim of 500m water resistancy.
