Before Im off to work! I figured I'd throw this up for some coments. I don't own a dress watch. All of mine are divers, and a nicolet. There is this one watch that I've always liked from day one. Now they are a dime a dozen. But for some reason it still catche's my eye. I like the movado's. I like the clean simple look, and the two hands. But I really would not like a quartz. I really have not begun to look into them just yet. But I know there are a couple of models. What do you suggest? Am I better off buying second hand so I don't take the deprec. hit? There's just somthing to that thin clean look. Or am I just crazy. Still I have always liked them. Call me what you will, but hey I can't help myself, and since I have to work, I figure there should be some good/funny responses by the time I get home tonight. Have a good sunday off folks. Im off to the jail!!

Here's an excellant resource for you!subtlelaugh.gif

Actually I own a Movado Auto, but it's one of the few models that they produced that was somewhat normal looking. I'm not a big fan of the Museum models. If I was going to go for the modern minimalist look... Rados intrigue me more, the high tech materials ceramic etc. make them more interesting IMO.

Sorry, nothing clever to say... the Museum dials don't move me...

But your subject line cracks me up... bit of an oxymoron, no?

Sure did! Remember you have no one to please but yourself. If the watch makes you happy that's all that matters!snoopy1.gif
