some A-holes on eBay are price gouging on some of Enzo's watches
to try and make more money.
they have listed the 'retail' price as $3995.

I would bet this goes against Enzo's beliefs as he always makes
superb watches at excellent retail prices so that everyone can afford.

here they are...

thanks, just thought I'd make everyone aware to see what y'all have to say.

Once a watch leaves Enzo then its up to the new owner to do as they please with them.

If somebody is not knowledgeable enough to know what they are paying for and what something goes for, then they kind of deserve to be taken.

If this guys friends are shilling his auctions for him, then thats not cool

Nobody complains when a watch is being sold when it is way under value, everyboy goes for the deal.

It is a Big World out there and there are all kinds of people in it.

Nice eye, It will be interesting to see what happens to those auctions

Cheers

Ask the Seller a question and tell him how much they are really worth and that he is trying to gouge someone, and see what he says?

I've seen a few Enzos on the bay for much more that their original price.  Agree with hucky, in that if someone is willing to drop that kind of cash without doing some research, I don't feel too bad for them.  The principals of economics will tell us they are simply worth as much as someone is willing to pay....  But I see your point.  Knowing the kind of guy Enzo is, I did sort of shake my head, wondering if he has strong feelings on those prices.  Probably not.  Maybe it's a testimony to his design if these things begin to legitimately sell for those prices?

I'm not supporting those guys, but I did an advanced search on the emv and some of the "submit best offer" Enzos are going for around $625 and up.  It all depends on how savvy a consumer one is.

That is pushing it a bit though giving Enzo praise too. I have seen some sell at $1100 new. And I'd put a Enzo diver up against most any $2000 diver out there.

When I wear either the EMV or EM001 I get good comments about them. ;)

The free enterprise system MAKES YOU FREE! I'm one of these fortunate $625 guys and then I saw one sell on Ebay the other day for a whopping $1750 + shipping. No kidding! smile8.gif
