This is a great deal on this glow-in-the-dark orange dial Trias Automatic Watch. Marc got double shipped on them and needs to cut inventory. So, that is the reason for the special price. I didn't ask, but I believe it includes free shipping as well. So, that makes it an even hotter deal. I have the yellow dial version, very nice! I only have one of their Swiss Models right now, but I'm going to go for this one too!:D It's my way of continuing to tell the W** German Forum to shove it up their ***! |

It is a Miyota, but the screw lugs aren't functional. The watch uses standard lug pins. The screws aren't screws. They are just for show. Trias does that on a number of models including the Unitas 6498 model you like and can't get. The Backgammon however, uses real lug screws. It doesn't feel as heavy a guage as the Backgammon style watch. Its a nice watch, but it is not in the same league as some of the better Swiss made Trias models. But then, it doesn't cost $200 either. It is a great watch for $99 with free shipping. Last edited on Sat Dec 10th, 2005 11:03 pm by mcwright |
