I like big watches and this thing is cool, I know its too big for most, but the mechanical and looks of it, excites me

The price makes me feel like I got kicked by a low blow

Thanks O

Im gonna be pulling the Trigger on one soon, I have been saving the pennies

I really like the Purdey engraved cover with the Bird of Prey on it, albeit costly, I really like it.

Great History Link

Thanks

If one can't afford the Panerai the next best option is to buy the
Dievas Kampfschwimmer Watch for $520.

Again, thank you for the interesting piece of historical information on Panerai.

Im in for a more modern new version of today, not vintage!

I like to wear my watches, that vintage is a safe queen at 80,000 dollars

I have a few more pennies to save before I seek out and purchase.

Im thinking a Black Seal for me

You and me both Hucky. In fact I've been wearing an homage which arrived with full marking to my surprise!! Great watch! My AD was tempting me with a great deal but I couldn't pull it off with my familial obligations. I'm down for a Pam 183, Pam 113 or Pam 5 if I can ever get ahead. Hope to see you sporting it someday soon.

Hi Scottran,

The Panerai is only 46mm without the crownsubtlelaugh.gif

Simon, the  ad says its 60mm.  I have some 46's and none of them go out over my wrist like that one does.  If it is 46 then that guy has some really small wrists.  It just looks like one big chunk of steel!

I do apologize,Scott for having misread the article and getting it confused
with the current Radiomir--which is 46mm.

I must have gotten so excited that I forgot to look closely.
