I have recently sold my Seiko Yellow Monster for a tidy profit and am now "in the hunt"!    Hmmmmmm...what to do, what to do?

Before the 5% to 20% price increases show with the big Swiss watch houses grab a grail. Breitling is May 1st. ;)

No...not really!   I really did like my Yellow Monster, but I consider it the only true collectible I had (True LE of 300 worldwide) so I rarely ever wore it.  I posted it at an obscene price, got it, and now am looking for something that I'm not "concerned" about wearing.

I'm just kind of looking around right now to see if something strikes my fancy!  Not looking at Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, etc. ...I've had all those (still have a few).  I just don't know, but, as you all know, my prefence is military/pilot style and divers.

I had a fella awhile back tell me if you are impressed with a Sinn you may be more impressed with a Damasko. I like the look of the D57 myself and the D67. Like them all but those stand out the most. LOL

Buy a sh** load of Renatos and sell them to a jeweler for triple what you paid!!

And with what you make there you can get a nice RGM, F.P. Journe, and maybe a Blancpain with whats left over after you buy the "Marie Antoinette" watch from Hayek!!subtlelaugh.gif

Sorry-I may have misspoken.

I've been out of the TV watch value loop for awhile and you are correct-they would be worth MUCH more!!

Perhaps you could sell them back to Andy Kaufman or D. Mink or whoever that guy is that looks like Kaufman.

And how in the world can you refer to a 500.00 watch with a disposable ETA G10 movement as a POS????

These exclusive movements command at least 4X the price of a gallon of gas( the kind that you put in your car!!)

I have one candidate for you, based on my recent purchase of an Archimede Pilot watch. It is nearly the perfect size at 42mm, a chrono, decent lumn, and extremely well made. Can be had with a black or brown strap, or a bracelet.

Tony...thanks.  I saw the Glycine, but there is no TZ rating on it (other than a statement it was "mint") that I could find and the case looks rather scratched up, at least from the photos.

I have emailed the seller on the Precista.

Love that Precista. Had I not just ordered the Stingray and that had popped up I would have jumped.

Ken, I have been thinking of you... and this watch. Since you've just added to the fund why not have a little fun?

Believe it or not this dial is blue. You know where to find it. Near by in the desert. Also available in black and they have some sweet autos too.

I pm'd the Precista guy for his paypal address and he had just sold it...I emailed as soon as I clicked on Tony's post (BTW...Thanks, Tony).

That said, I just added to the fund by selling my Marcello C Nettuno GMT within about 5 minutes of posting it...I asked for a ridiculous price figuring I would have to negotiate down quite a bit based on recent sales....but, BAM!...full price.

And while that RGM is an outstandingly beautiful watch...I think it's extremely overpriced...but that's just me.  Thanks, PAX!

Gregger, I thnk you've been spending too much time looking at ths type of picture to think Ken might deserve it. You must surely know it is far too large for his wrist!! That watch is whack!!mistake.gif

So, Mike, where is this puppy available in the US?...I notice on the Gnomen site that Anders can't deliver this in the US!
