I just sold an Invicta Corduba automatic that just hung out on the winder. I had it for over a year and only wore it maybe 6 times. Now I guess I'm having sellers remorse. I miss seeing it sitting in the winder over in the corner. My other corduba is lonely (this one I wear). How did you guys feel when you sold off your first one? I've given watches away and never had a second thought.

Can't quite recall how the first one felt. Sold off most all my quartz (about 25) over the past 15 years. And over the last 5 have given/gifted 7 autos away and miss some of them. My fix in most cases there was to buy another watch. LOL :) But that is now my fix for allot of things. hehehehe :D

Ive felt bad about a few Ive sold both expensive and inexpensive but
Ive pretty much decided no matter how much I like a watch if Im not wearing it
out it goes.  I still feel I have too many to manage but then I see something and I say "just one more".

BTW, when I sold off my first one I felt pretty good about it but al my life Ive
sold one thing to trade up to another so dont judge by me.

Sometimes I miss them but then realize I sold the piece because it wasn't getting worn. I don't really want to have watches in the collection just to have a particular watch in the collection. You'll get over it.

I usually regret for a few days selling a piece that I like but gets no time.

Sell it and move on, but I do keep a few pics of them all.

Women & watches have the same appeal, both need to be changed often.

It all depends on what you sell it for....I just sold my Yellow Monster (a real collector's item) a few days ago.  I loved it, but I never wore it for fear of ruining the collectibility of it.  I miss it, but I made a great profit on it and will be able to get one or two very nice watches to replace it and will not worry about wearing them.

I get that from time to time...  Almost sold my Stowa ProDiver last week.. wore it again over the weekend.. and fell in love again..  but I like to flip and own different watches so it is only a matter of time.

I flipped the Debaufre Triton and do miss that one that one though, it was such a solid watch at a great price..  I will get another when the "new" version comes out..  I just cross my fingers that a deep blue dial might make it in that line..
