My wife asked me that same question yesterday when the mailman came  Luckily it was my son's new Marathon Navigator that I got him as a present on his Confirmation. He liked mine because of the tritium hands for Scout camping, gets pretty dark in them woods, so I figured it would be a nice memento and a useful tool watch. I didn't bite on two smokin' deals this weekend, Ken's S/A 9G and Hucky's Dievas because I am tapped out too, darn it! My answer to my wife? There can never be enough watches! She was not amused... :D Now, where's my income tax refund!?!  Cheers, Griff |

That said, the GV2 put out a limited edition of 500 pieces for every dial color and dial variation they have. Bottom line...I think they are great watches, but I wouldn't buy it simply for a perceived LE value. |
