I thought that about the collection as well.  But, if you look above the military pictures you will notice names.  Click on those and you will see watches.

Hey all, I'm actually new to this board, found it trying to do some research on this monster.

I am on vacation in Reykjavic, Iceland and went into a local watch shop, talked to the owner for quite awhile about watches, purchased an Auguste Reymond Charleston with a Mother of Pearl Dial and all of a sudden he starts pulling stuff out of the safe including this huge box with the 12,000 Footer in it.

A very economical watch if you consider you don't need to wear a diving belt with it.

Anyway, if anyone is interested let me know and I can post his name, phone number and email address.

Beautiful...............and, obviously, if you wear it diving.........you don't need a weight belt!
