I take masking tape, press it onto the crystal... I then make and impression of the outline of the glass with my fingernail... I remove the tape, cut around the line...and then put the now perfect tape back on the crystal. Works greathand6.gif

I agree, it looks a bit less caviar this way.  As usual with this deblinging... it looks sturdier.
