Tonight I watched Bangkok Dangerous and this watch was a large part of the movie,  atleast enough for someone to grab a pic with a cell phone.  I think its super cool and am wondering if this is a real production watch or just somthing made up to serve a purpose in the movie.  Thanks for any help.

Yea those are cool looking watches. Not the best movie of the year but I enjoyed it OK. ;)

Would not mind having one but not about to pay the retail price for it. Nearly 2K! :?

Plus I heard the company folded and getting one on the used market is best bet.

Ventura,

Is that the same brand that was featured on slop nbc, about three years ago?

Ventura made a decision to go with high end digital designs almost exclusively about 3 years or so ago. The market wasn't there and they ceased operations.

Yea I think they just went all in to fast. 2010 and on more will likely have an appeal for such. The youth is getting more interested in watches it seems.
